Husband, father of three, and now co-owner/operator at 𝗙𝗔𝗕𝗟𝗘𝗗 𝗣𝗢𝗣𝗖𝗢𝗥𝗡 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗔𝗡𝗬.

From childhood, I’ve been captivated by the joy of sharing special moments over delicious flavors. Some of my fondest memories are of making hand-cranked homemade ice cream with my family or enjoying buttery popcorn during card games with my grandparents.

When I discovered the world of specialty popcorn, it became more than a snack – it became my passion! What started with adding extra butter to microwave popcorn evolved into owning a commercial machine in my basement and completing culinary school at DMACC. After graduation, I continued honing my skills at Kendall College in Chicago, where I pursued a degree in Baking and Pastry. I have spent the past decade as a Bakery Manager, perfecting the art of flavor and quality. Now, I’m bringing that experience to Fabled, ensuring every batch of popcorn and scoop of ice cream is crafted with the same passion and care.

As a devoted father of three, family is at the heart of everything I do. Moving my family from our hometown of Gilbert to the North Polk community, I’ve carried with me the close-knit spirit of small-town living. I know how important it is to have a place where friends and family can gather, share stories, and make lasting memories. Fabled is built on that foundation. It’s more than just popcorn and ice cream – it’s a space where community and connection thrive. A place to share in life’s simple joys.
